This genuine R-code 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 coupe received a complete rotisserie restoration and is finished in its original Silver Jade color with a black interior. The body is straight with well-fitting panels, smooth glossy paint, a blacked-out hood treatment, reflective Mach 1 stripes, front and rear spoilers, rear-window louvers, a functional Shaker hood scoop, chrome Mach 1 wheels, BFGoodrich tires, and upgraded LED taillights. The chrome, glass, and weatherstripping are in very good condition. The deluxe interior includes molded door panels, replaced carpeting and headliner, red carpet inserts, pony floor mats, re-cushioned and reupholstered seats, a fold-down rear seat, a clean dash pad and instrument panel, a factory tachometer, center console, working clock, retro-style stereo, and a new rim-blow steering wheel. Power comes from a completely rebuilt and balanced 428 Cobra Jet Ram Air V8 dyno-tuned to 366 horsepower and 474 lb-ft of torque. The engine features forged pistons, a full roller valvetrain, Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, finned valve covers, and a functional Ram Air system. It is equipped with upgraded power steering and factory power brakes. The engine compartment has clean, smooth metal surfaces, functional horns, a secured battery, and a Ford-style windshield-washer bottle. The trunk lid is painted, the weatherstripping was replaced, the trunk light works, and the clean metal trunk compartment is painted body color with a plaid mat and access through the fold-down rear seat. The underside was completely restored while the bare body was mounted on a rotisserie, and the clean rust-free metal was finished in factory-style primer. The competition suspension was rebuilt and upgraded with rack-and-pinion steering, a larger sway bar, welded tubular frame connectors, and tubular traction bars. The braking system was upgraded to four-wheel disc brakes. A stainless-steel exhaust system includes an X-pipe, polished MagnaFlow mufflers, and quad exhaust tips exiting through the rear valance. The fuel tank, sending unit, and fuel lines were replaced. A heavy-duty C6 automatic transmission sends power through a new driveshaft to a Ford 9-inch rear end with optional 3.50 Traction-Lok gearing.
